Shipping policy
Orders ship Monday-Friday Only. Our cutoff is 1pm. We try to ship out after but its NOT guaranteed.
All our products are shipped via United States Postal Service or FedEx depending on the option chosen, alternatively you are welcome to pick-up your order from our warehouse in CA.
What if I don't receive the item?
Postal services aren't perfect. The only thing we can guarantee is that your product has been dispatched, from there we rely on the services of USPS and FedEx to ensure your order reaches it's destination.
If an has not been received within 3 days of the expected date of delivery, we will reship the order at no cost to you.
Can I change the shipping options?
Please contact us before ordering if you would like to arrange an alternate shipping method.
What about shipping outside the USA?
We will happily dispatch your order anywhere in the world – shipping surcharges will be applied at checkout before payment is taken.
If an order has not been received within 10 days of the expected date of delivery, we will reship the order at no cost to you.
How long will it take to ship my order?
If your order is placed before 12pm (PST) Monday to Friday (except holidays) and is showing in stock it will ship same day, however, delivery times vary depending on the delivery service you have chosen.

Machine Orders are shipped within 3 weeks, sent to us to prepare, then shipped to you.
Pretreat machine orders are typically shipped within 5 business days.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
There are NO WEEKEND deliveries unless you add the next day air option for a Saturday delivery
We cannot control the weather nor can we be held responsible for delayed deliveries because of weather or mechanical mishap on the carriers end. We don't offer service refunds or discounts because we don't get them
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, so where eligible, orders to be delivered to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders within the USA selected for Ground, 3 days, 2nd day or Overnight will also be shipped via UPS.
Shipping to AK and Hawaii will ship USPS mail for a small charge IF the order fits in a large Flat Rate box and totals more than $150. This can be first class or cheapest method/most economical.
Unfortunately, we live in a world where people steal credit cards, make fraudulent purchases, and have the order shipped to a different address so they can then sell the merchandise. With that said, all first time orders must ship to the billing address. If your shipping and billing address do not match, you must call ahead of time and clear your shipment otherwise your order will not ship out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders ship via DHL International only. Shipping prices only include delivery, they do NOT include customs, taxes, duties or broker fees. Every country is different. Before ordering you should first research the costs of importing goods from the US.
